We will be re-opening from the 7th July 2020. We have been working through out lockdown to keep The Pie Shed clean and ready to spring back to life and welcome our customers old and new.

We have taken several steps to ensure we are Covid-19 Secure:

We have read and understood the government guidance, we have taken extra industry specific training, we have given our staff extra training and we are implementing new and very comprehensive risk assessment which is available to read, please e-mail us to request a copy.

Changes to the shop and procedures

We have changed the shop inside and out to allow for 2 metres distance between all tables and 1 metre plus between entry/exit points.

​

Our staff team have to complete a daily health check every day before every shift.

​

We have switched to full waitress service and take out orders must be telephoned ahead. In house menus are now disposable.

​

We have an exciting new outdoor area with extra seating.

​

Hand sanitising stations are upon entry, on all tables and at the food collection point for takeaways.

​

We have switched to individual sachets for condiments.

​

Table maximum size is 6 guests from up to 2 households - you maybe asked to prove that this is the case.

​

We need to take contact details of all guests for the NHS track and trace system, we will store these details for 21 before destroying the information.

​

We ask customers to comply with social distancing, children are always welcome but must be accompanied and at the table.

​
